REFLEXOLOGY
REFLEXOLOGY
The body has the ability to heal itself. Following illness, stress, injury or disease, it is in a state of “imbalance” and vital body systems can be blocked, preventing the body from functioning optimally. Reflexology can be used to restore and maintain the body’s natural balance and facilitate healing. For each person, the application and the effect of the therapy are unique. Sensitive, trained hands can detect tiny deposits and imbalances and by working on these points, the Reflexology Therapist can release these blockages.
Reflexology is one of the safest and least invasive complementary therapeutic practices available.
Benefits of Reflexology:
• Reduced stress
• Improved relaxation
• Released tension
• Decreased pain
• Improved body function
• Enhanced wellness
• Increased strength
• Increased mobility
How can Reflexology Help Me?
Reflexology in Fertility, Pregnancy, Birth & Postpartum.
Pressure is applied to the feet to stimulate your body’s systems & organs. I use organic all natural oil and do not use any additional tools. My method of reflexology is both thoughtful & led by my own intuition, offering more or less pressure when needed, while maintaining a relaxing massage-like sensation throughout. your session. While my reflexology offerings are for every woman, I have specialized training in reproductive wellness. As a Reproductive Practitioner I am committed to working with women through their childbearing years, easing major hormonal transitions, and assisting the body to heal dis-ease within the womb or without one.
