How many sessions before I see results?
5 sessions, spaced a few days apart, is ideal for toning & targeting areas, such as gluten, abs, thighs & arms.
10 session will reduce clients a full clothing size, if you do not gain weigh during the session time.
20 sessions will continue the loss of inches & overall size.
Do treatments last?
YES, if you do not exercise at all, the results of inches lost will last a minimum of 6 months. If you exercise 2 - 3 times a week, results can last indefinitely. We DO recommend a follow up assessment every 6 months to insure you are staying within your body sculpting goals and maintaining results. If you wish to maintain results without exercise, a maintenance program will be set up. With regular once a month sessions, you will keep your results without diets or exercise.
